Chart Westcott is Co-Founder of Westcraft Partners, a private investor, attorney, and co-founder of Ikarian Capital, a long/short equity biotech investment firm that grew to approximately $650 million in assets under management. A Dallas native, Chart graduated from Vanderbilt University in 2007 and SMU Dedman School of Law in 2011. He co-founded Ikarian Capital in 2016 and transitioned from day-to-day responsibilities in 2022. At Westcraft, Chart focuses on capital allocation, acquisitions, strategic direction, and long-term portfolio construction.
Steve Fettig is Co-Founder of Westcraft Partners, a second-generation manufacturer, and a businessman with experience of running his family companies with over 800 employees. His specific areas of responsibility include manufacturing operations, personnel management, regulatory compliance, technology integration, capital expenditure planning, and operational development. A Wisconsin native, Steve attended Hillsdale College, where he studied Philosophy and German while also pursuing coursework in Physics and Mathematics. At Westcraft Partners, Steve focuses on operational simplification, practical technology adoption, and measured product and market expansion. Steve will ensure Westcraft serves as an ideal partner for business owners who care deeply about their employees, customers, and legacy; particularly in situations involving succession planning or retirement transitions.
